2 years ago this place deserved five stars for their Pizza alone. I have been ordering pizza from this place now for about the last 20 years and they always had the best in the area. I always order the Azalea special and it has always been exceptional with lots of toppings. The last few times I ordered pizza from Azalea the crust was doughy dry and undercooked. This makes what would otherwise be a very good pizza subpar. In my opinion the crust should be thin somewhat crunchy in areas and oily. Maybe they are trying to make it healthier which is fine it just doesn't taste good and it's a shame because I really really used to like their Pizza.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve yet to try anything but the pizza because it’s so good. So my review at this time only reflects the pizza. The toppings are fresh, the crush is amazing, the quality is high. The atmosphere is cute as well, lots of mirrors, feels very nostalgic. The service is always great, very honest waiters which is very much appreciated when asking feedback on specific items or drinks. It’s no random chance this place has been here for so many years and I have no doubt it’ll be around for a while more, at least long enough for me to try the other dishes that look so good.

I received a doordash delivery and very disappointed. The pizza was fresh and hot however it was raw under the cheese and I did not receive the baby Greek salad that should have come with it. The taco salad did not even taste like a taco at all and the chips were stale. The baklava was small and no whip cream. Unfortunately the pics are with door dash. The taco salad was thrown away. Many people I know recommended this restaurant and I'm not sure why.

My friend tells me this is the best pizza in all of Tidewater! So I finally got to try it and can honestly say they do make a good pizza pie. This isn't a secret. In the time we were enjoying our lunch 6 other parties came in and had pizzas brought to their tables as well. The outdoor seating area was inviting (but it was a bit breezy so we ate inside). The interior decor is traditional bar material with lots of wood grain and mirrors. There was plenty of seating and the appetizers were big enough for 4 people to share.

I have been craving a pastrami sandwich and finally a restaurant that has it on their menu. It was everything I had hoped for and more. The service was also the best I have received in a long time. Kudos to this restaurant for hiring and training their servers to be friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back. The tiramasu was yummy and so was the baklava. Although the baklava was heated a touch too long which made it chewy. Still tasty though.
